Williams Companies, Inc., a $3.74 billion natural gas and oil, energy and communications conglomerate, has acquired acreage in Salt Lake City for a "point of presence" communication facility.
The company closed last week on 3.267 acres at 5035 W. Harold Gatty Drive in the Salt Lake International Center. Rad Dye of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Rod Savage, while Joe Brandt of Brandt Commercial Properties, Tulsa, Oklahoma, represented Williams Companies.
