A law firm whose Austin office is headed by high-profile attorney Pete Winstead has been bitten by the merger bug a second time.
Two weeks after announcing a merger with a Houston firm, Dallas-based Winstead Sechrest & Minick PC merged with Dallas-based Donohoe Jameson & Carroll PC. The joining of the two Dallas firms was effective Aug. 1.
The combined firm will operate as Winstead Sechrest & Minick, with 675 attorneys and staff members.
In July, Winstead Sechrest & Minick merged with Houston-based Dow Cogburn & Friedman PC.
