Xerox has yet to become major player in the colorinkjet arena, but products like the DocuPrint NC20 show that the company is serous about the endeavor. This is especially true in the nearlaser-class segment, where the NC20 resides.
The DocuPrint NC20 is based on an inkjet print engine that can push its 600 x 600-dpi output to what Xerox calls 1200 Image Quality output - printing that isn't truly 1,200 dpi, but is enhanced to make it look better than typical 600 dpi.
The DocuPrint NC20 can print at a modest 8 ppm in black...
