Optical component maker Yafo Networks said March 14 it has raised $22 million in a third round to complete development of its subsystem products and begin volume manufacturing.
The deal brings the Hanover, Md.-based company's total financing to $62 million and brings back all its investors from previous rounds. The deal was led by U.S. Venture Partners of Menlo Park, Calif., which first invested in the company in an $8 million round at its inception in June 1999. Also...
