His twin brother, Sergey, doesn't stop for a moment between the kitchen and the dining room.
His restaurant has just entered a new dimension, becoming one of the two establishments to win two stars in the first Michelin guide dedicated to the Russian capital on Thursday.
To this is added a "Green star" for its ecological approach and the award for the best service. Twins Garden is undoubtedly the most rewarded and most sought-after restaurant in the city.
