The Ministry of Health and the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) released, this Thursday (11), the report of the working group created to develop proposals to optimize supplementary health services in Brazil - the Open Health model. This is the first stage of the project that seeks to stimulate competition and promote greater quality in access to contracting health plans for more than 49 million beneficiaries in Brazil.
Comprised of representatives from the Ministry of Health, ANS, the Digital Government Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and the Central Bank of Brazil, the working group evaluated data sharing experiences carried out by other government bodies, such as Open Banking , developed by the Central Bank.
