March 10 -- The Indonesian National Defence Forces Peacekeeping Center (PMPP TNI) trained 20 European Union diplomats for Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) program. The training was held at the Headquarters of PMPP, on March 6-9, 2017. The majority of the participants were senior security advisors as the European Union representative of ASEAN member countries.
The PMPP center Commander Brigadier Achmad Marzuki explained the HEAT program is a historical cooperation between PMPP and EU. "This is the first time, HEAT program is conducted between Indonesia and the European Union," he said on HEAT program closing ceremony (Thursday, 09/03).
