SK Telecom ranked first in the mobile communication sector of the 2021 Korean Standard-Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) hosted by the Korea Standards Association for 22 consecutive years. . SKT is the only company that has maintained the first place consecutively since the start of the survey.
In addition, five SKT ICT family companies took first place in all six related categories, boasting overwhelming superiority in service quality. SK Broadband ranked first in high-speed Internet alone and for seven consecutive years, while IPTV ranked first for the first time since the survey and for three consecutive years.
ADT Caps tied for first place in unmanned security and recorded first place for the first time. In addition, SK Telink ranked first in international calling (13 consecutive years) and 11st in e-commerce (14 consecutive years), respectively.
It is the result of efforts to improve customer experience that incorporates cutting-edge ICT technologies such as AI that SKT ICT family companies stand out as taking the first place in the service quality survey.
