The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Monyane Moleleki says National Leaders Forum is a confidence building measure which marks the beginning of a long and arduous journey.
He said this at the two-day National Leaders Forum held in Maseru. He said the meeting gave a new impetus to the implementation of the reforms that Basotho so desperately need. He mentioned that through the participants' contributions managed to address issues that may impede progress towards the envisaged National Reforms.
