Philippines : Full tuition fee subsidy in Valenzuela public college, university

Earlier, more than 6,000 parents and students from the local university and college were invited to a public hearing at the Valenzuela City Astrodome for the Proposed Ordinance No. 2016-011 or the passage of the Ordinance Providing for Full Tuition Subsidy in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela and Valenzuela Polytechnic College.
