The Barangay Sto. Rosario Council in Iligan City, in partnership with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the City Mayors Office has launched its community-based rehabilitation for wellness and recovery in line with the Masa Masid Program implementation in the city. The Mamamayang Ayaw sa Anomalya, Mamamayang Ayaw sa Ilegal na Droga or the MASA MASID Program of the Administration is geared towards President Rodrigo Dutertes fight against illegal drugs and shall adopt a multi-sector and mass-established path.
