President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Davao del Norte Governor Antonio Rafael G. del Rosario as Chairperson of the Regional Development Council (RDC) XI for the term 2016-2019. Governor del Rosarios appointment was signed by the President on February 21, 2017 making him the fifth Chairperson since the Councils reorganization in 1986. His appointment papers were handed to him by RDC XI Vice-Chairperson and NEDA XI Director Maria Lourdes D. Lim.
