Liberty Properties said that the construction of the Levy Business Park, in Lusaka, Zambia, involving a cost of $165 million is to complete soon. This path-breaking multi-use building is the nation's first fully covered mall and commercial place which is likely to be operational in October.
The company is playing the role of a property development manager on this project on behalf of the National Pensions Scheme Authority (Napsa) in Zambia, which reflects its first third-party endeavour outside the borders of South Africa.
