Brian Powell (41) of Moygannon Road, Warrenpoint, agreed to disqualification for seven years, Michael McLoughlin (44) of Lisnagowan Road, Dungannon for six years and Michelle Toner (43) of Balmoral Avenue, Belfast for four years in respect of their conduct as directors of Mourne Country Meats Limited ( the Company ).
Proceedings are continuing against another director.
The Company carried on the business of food processing from Rampart Road, Green Bank Industrial Estate, Newry and went into liquidation on 11 March 2011 with no assets, liabilities to the floating charge holders of Pounds 1,352,666, liabilities to unsecured creditors of Pounds 2,339,693, and an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of Pounds 3,692,359.
